Church of Christ at Alexandria

Our Church family is affiliated with the independent Christian Churches/Churches of Christ located across the country and around the world.   There are roughly 6,000 congregations of our fellowship around the world with 16 here in Licking County.  Each congregation is wholly autonomous, but we do join hands in common projects and ministries.  There is no hierarchy nor governing bodies among our churches.

Our church is led by congregationally-elected elders and deacons.  Our elders currently serve 3-year terms and the deacons 2-year terms.  The leaders are assisted by the staff, with Kevin and Steven answering to the elders.  All staff additions and/or changes are also handled by the local congregation under the direction and guidance of the elders.

All monies collected through our offerings and special gifts are administered through the discretion and direction of our local congregation.
